Terms of Purchase

Effective date: September 3, 2026

These terms apply to purchases of the Real Estate Listing Marketing GPT from Epic Edge AI, LLC.

Price and payment

The public price is $47 USD as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge for this product. Payment is processed by Stripe.

What you receive

Access to the Real Estate Listing Marketing GPT, the Property Information Intake Template, the Quick-Start Guide, the Client Sales Kit Output Menu, basic setup and access support for 30 days, and product improvements made during the first 12 months through the same GPT access link. This does not include custom marketing work, personal consulting, or private GPT development.

Single-user license

Your purchase grants one individual user access to the Real Estate Listing Marketing GPT and its supporting resources for use in that purchaser's own real estate business and client work. You may not share, post, resell, sublicense, copy for distribution, or provide the GPT access link or supporting resources to another person, team, brokerage, organization, or customer. Multi-user access requires a separate written arrangement with Epic Edge AI.

Refund policy

Try the Real Estate Listing Marketing GPT and review the included resources. If you decide it is not a good fit, contact Epic Edge AI within 14 days of purchase at support@epicedgeai.com for a refund of the purchase price.

Limitations

This product creates AI-assisted marketing drafts from information supplied by the user. Epic Edge AI does not verify property facts, provide legal or regulatory advice, guarantee compliance, publish content, or promise leads, listings, sales, commissions, or other results. The purchaser is responsible for reviewing every output and complying with applicable laws, Fair Housing requirements, MLS rules, brokerage policies, advertising standards, and required disclosures.

Platform

A ChatGPT account and internet access are required. A paid ChatGPT subscription is not currently required for public GPT access. ChatGPT is provided and controlled by OpenAI. Epic Edge AI does not control future platform availability, account requirements, features, usage limits, outages, or policy changes. This product is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.
